2) Order Placement and Confirmation
Submitting an order through the website does not mean automatic acceptance. Orders are confirmed after product availability, contact details, and delivery feasibility are reviewed.
3) Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in Iraqi dinars and may change based on market, supply, and supplier updates. Product availability depends on actual stock at the time of confirmation.
4) Payment and Shipping
Payment options depend on region and order type, including cash on delivery in supported areas or transfer by agreement. Shipping times are estimates and may vary by governorate, courier, and order size.
5) Warranty and Service
Warranty varies by product and its conditions. Warranty does not cover misuse or faults caused by poor or unstable electricity. The right to claim warranty is void if the purchase receipt is lost.
6) PC Build Service
The PC build service includes assembly of available or agreed parts and testing before delivery. Required components in the PC Builder must be completed before adding the build to cart, and custom changes may affect delivery time.
7) User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate order, contact, and address details. Users are responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
8) Limitation of Liability
The store is not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by misuse, incorrect installation outside the store, or failure to follow operating and electrical protection guidance.
9) Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms when needed to improve service or clarify purchase and warranty policies. The latest version published on this page is effective from its publication date.
