Accounts and agreement

Account creation requires a username, a correct phone number, and phone verification. Registration requires agreement to these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. Checkout requires agreement to these Terms and acknowledgement of the Refund Policy. The store records the policy versions, acknowledgement language, and time.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep sign-in codes private. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.

Orders, prices and availability

Submitting an order does not mean automatic acceptance. Orders are confirmed after stock, contact details, and delivery feasibility are reviewed. Prices are in Iraqi dinars and may change before confirmation due to market or supply changes; staff explain changes before final agreement.

Payment, delivery and points

Cash on delivery is available in supported areas, or transfer by agreement with staff. Preparation and delivery times are estimates depending on availability, governorate, order size, and courier. Delivery charges, discounts, and totals are shown in the cart and checked by the service at checkout.

Expected rewards are shown in the cart and earned points are credited after an eligible order is completed. They can be redeemed for eligible products when the balance is sufficient and are not withdrawable cash.

Warranty and PC assembly

Warranty depends on the product and its conditions, and excludes misuse or faults caused by poor or unstable electricity. Keep your receipt; if it is lost, contact us with your order number to verify the purchase. These terms do not limit your rights under Iraqi law.

Assembly covers available or agreed components and testing before delivery. Required builder components must be completed before adding the build to cart. A build may require a deposit whose amount and payment method staff confirm; custom changes may affect delivery time.

Cancellation, returns and responsibility

For cancellations, returns, or refunds, follow the Refund Policy and contact staff with order details. We do not add an unagreed deadline or guaranteed outcome, and do not limit remedies required by law.

Users should follow operating and electrical-protection guidance. Any limitation concerning misuse, incorrect external installation, or indirect damage applies only to the extent permitted by Iraqi law.

Content rights and external links

The store’s identity and owned content remain the property of their owners. Other images are used under their respective licenses, and trademarks belong to their owners. Display on this site does not grant visitors a new license; these terms do not restrict rights already granted by an image’s open license.

External services have their own policies when you choose to open their links. A link does not mean Dar Al Reem owns or controls that service.

Applicable law and updates

Transactions directed within Iraq are subject to Iraqi law and its consumer rights. Updates are published with their version date; new versions do not retroactively change the terms accepted for an earlier order.
