Submitting a request

Include your order number, contact details, affected products, and the reason for your request. Keep your receipt; if it is lost, provide your order number so the purchase can be verified. Staff review the order, product condition, and relevant terms and explain the next steps.

You can request a return within one month (30 days) of receiving your order. Staff review the order and product condition and explain the next steps; requests are not approved automatically. This page must not be interpreted as removing any right provided by Iraqi law.

Cancellation, custom builds and deposits

Submitting an order does not mean automatic acceptance; availability, contact details, and delivery are reviewed before confirmation. Contact staff promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order so they can check fulfilment status.

A complete PC build may require a deposit; staff contact you to confirm the amount and transfer method. Discuss build cancellation or deposit refunds with staff according to the agreement and preparation status. This policy does not presume automatic forfeiture or automatic refund of a deposit.

Defective products and warranty

If a product is defective or differs from your order, contact staff with the issue and order number. Staff review the case and explain the appropriate remedy and warranty terms without limiting your legal rights.

Warranty depends on the product and its conditions, and excludes misuse or faults caused by poor or unstable electricity. Read the Terms for the full warranty notice.

Delivery and refund arrangements

Staff explain return delivery arrangements, responsibility for delivery costs, and the method and timing of any approved refund according to the case, agreement, and law. The site does not currently impose a universal restocking fee or promise a fixed refund-arrival time.
