Data we collect

Registration collects your username and phone number. One-time verification codes confirm your number and sign you in; we do not ask for a password.

We collect your delivery address and governorate at checkout, and any address you add to your profile. Service records include your account, cart, orders, products, amounts, coupons, points, and the policy versions, language, and time of your acknowledgement.

Support receives information you voluntarily send, such as your order number, issue description, and contact details. Technical logs may include IP addresses, request information, and errors needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use data

We use this data to verify accounts, manage carts, orders and points, confirm payment and delivery, provide warranty and support services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer data, and verification codes do not constitute marketing permission.

Service providers and sharing

OTPIQ delivers verification messages and receives the phone number and verification code needed for delivery. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data needed to operate the website and API.

Necessary order details are available to store staff and delivery providers to fulfil the order. When Telegram notifications are enabled, order details, including username, phone, delivery address, products, and amounts, are sent to authorized store staff chats.

We may process or disclose information where legally required. Service providers have their own policies and may process data outside Iraq; we do not represent that all data remains in Iraq.

Storage and external links

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, theme preference, and saved PC build progress. The Cookie Policy describes storage names, lifetimes, and clearing options. This version of the site does not run visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and email links take you to external services you choose to open. We do not embed maps, videos, or social widgets in pages. Your use of an external service is subject to its provider’s policy.

Retention and privacy requests

Account and order records are retained as needed to operate accounts, fulfil orders, provide warranty services, keep records, and meet legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion or one retention period for every record. Clearing browser storage does not delete the store’s order records.
